This year showed me the truth of panic — the worry, the fear, the stress that steals your breath and your clarity. The way you move through the day on autopilot because your heart is carrying too much. The exhaustion that feels ancient.

When your prayers change...
This year changed the way I pray.
I don’t pray by pleading anymore.
I don’t pray from fear or from the “what ifs” that panic tries to hand us.
I don’t pray by begging for something to happen.
I pray by placing things into existence.
I pray the way a candle is lit — one small flame of intention.
And when others join in, when their thoughts and hopes…
